I In the last thirty years, there were appreciable advances in manufacturing of various medical appliances, instruments and apparatuses used in different medical specialties where it became lighter, smarter and more precise in its diagnostic or therapeutic efficacy
Practically &unfortunately, this did not apply in case of various endoscopes used for visualization of various human body cavities like Gastroscopes ,colonoscopies & Bronchoscopes etc. where we find that the only countable and appreciable modification introduced on the design and the manufacturing of the endoscopes along the last thirty years in general was represented in the `cancellation of the troublesome and critical fibroscopy “vision bundle” inside the endoscopes and replacing it with the miniaturized video cameras instead
every medical machine, there is always a missing ring between the designing engineer on one side and the using clinician on the other side.
Such missing ring can only be connected through either a genius designing engineer or a genius clinician!
